Yes, our Lanair Heaters are EPA approved in the USA so long as you meet the following provisions:

* The Heater burns only used oil that the owner or operator generates or used oil recieved from household do-it-yourself used oil generators.
* The heater is designed to have a maximum capacity of not more than 0.5 million BTU per hour.
* The combustion gases from the heater are vented to the ambient air.

* Note: It is illegal to burn waste oil in California and New York City.
* Note: International customers should check their local regulations.
