Yes, but you will have to restart the heater in the morning. Keep in mind that a thermostat controls the heater’s output, and oil in the building must be between 35 – 40 degrees prior to ignition; To ensure this we recommend lowering thermostat at night to 50 degrees to save on fuel and prevent problems from temperatures dropping too low, then raising it to a ‘comfortable temperature’ in the morning.

* If you will not using the heater for 6-7 days straight we recommend turning off the pre-heaters all together.
