In the past, we would send out 'kits' to help repair any parts that may have broken after many good years of use. Today, we've simplified things to instead include entire component replacements - so rather than you wasting valuable manpower to disassemble, say, a pre-heater - we send you an entirely new, already assembled pre-heater and the entire process becomes "plug and play"
